Dip Bathhouse was a brand-new concept with no existing brand identity, no logo, no collateral, and no digital presence. The founders had a vision for a premium, modern bathhouse experience in North Lakes but needed someone to translate that vision into a cohesive brand that communicated luxury, relaxation, and exclusivity from the very first touchpoint. Everything had to be built from scratch, and it had to feel premium from day one.
We began with an in-depth brand discovery process, exploring the founders' vision, target audience, and competitive positioning. Neisha led the creative direction, developing a visual identity that balanced modern minimalism with warmth and tranquillity. This included the logo, colour palette, typography system, brand guidelines, and all foundational collateral. We then designed and built a website that reflected the premium positioning, with cinematic imagery, smooth animations, and a booking flow that felt effortless. The site was optimised for local SEO from launch, targeting North Lakes and northern Brisbane bathhouse and wellness queries.
