Josh and Neisha met in 2019, and it did not take long to realise they shared the same drive: build something of their own. Before Create & Grow Media existed, they ran an ecommerce store during COVID that hit $250K in just over a quarter. The business ultimately did not survive, but the lessons were invaluable.
Josh had already tried starting an agency with another business partner, worked at an agency, done real estate, and “everything but the kitchen sink.” That restless search for the right fit led them to freelancing on AirTasker in late 2021, picking up odd digital marketing jobs and growing organically from word of mouth.
The name took a while. It was almost “CAG Digital” but the ring was not quite right. The idea behind Create & Grow Media is simple: they Create things, they Grow things, through all Media. That same philosophy led to the launch of the Create & Grow Academy, an education platform making quality digital marketing training accessible to small business owners across Australia. The long-term vision is a premium content and media-heavy studio agency with video, photo, and animation capabilities.

Josh built the CAGM Client Portal from scratch, engineered the Friday OS autonomous operations system, and created an AI-powered Creative Engine for client ad production. He is the engine behind every campaign, every line of code, and every data-driven decision at Create & Grow Media.

Highly skilled in branding, creatives, social media, data, and research. Neisha is the creative force behind every brand identity and visual strategy that comes out of the agency. Day to day, she leads branding projects from concept through to final delivery, manages client relationships, and directs all visual content.
Neisha built the brand identity and content strategy for the Create & Grow Academy, the education arm of the business. Without her creative direction, the Academy's courses, articles, and visual language would not exist. She brings a personal touch to every project that clients remember long after the work is delivered.
Passionate about sailing, volunteering at Magic Moments (magicmoments.org.au) and YLA Australia (ylaaus.com), and a lover of sport, particularly soccer and AFL. A strong advocate for youth and mental health awareness.
