Coastal Family Law was founded by two senior lawyers who left an established practice to start their own firm. They had decades of legal experience between them, but they were starting from absolute zero on the digital and brand side. No logo, no website, no Google presence, no review history, no enquiries. Family law is a high-trust, high-stakes purchase, and the Mandurah and Peel region market already had several entrenched competitors. They needed a brand that signalled authority on day one and a digital pipeline that produced enquiries fast enough to support hiring.
We treated this as a single integrated launch rather than four separate engagements. Neisha led the brand work, developing a positioning, name treatment, full logo suite, colour and typography system, and brand guidelines that conveyed warmth and competence in equal measure. We then designed and built a website that mapped to how real family law clients actually search and decide, with service pages for divorce, parenting, property settlement, and consent orders, all aligned to the local Peel and Mandurah search market. Technical SEO was implemented from launch, supported by an ongoing content programme. In parallel we launched a tightly geo-targeted Google Ads campaign on high-intent queries while organic rankings built. Conversion tracking was set up from day one so every dollar was measured.

Google Ads delivered consistent qualified enquiries from the day campaigns went live, then organic took over as the primary lead source as rankings consolidated. The brand and digital foundation produced enough enquiry volume that the founders went from a two-person operation to a five-person team inside twelve months. The site has continued to compound, and the firm is now an established presence in the Mandurah legal market, built off a launch-day brand that still holds up.
